Terms of reservation


A reservation can be confirmed by paying a deposit of 50 % of the total sum regarding those staying that last more than two nights. The rest of the payment can be paid when arriving.

Reservations has to be cancelled the day before the arrival day no later than at 18 o’clock. If the reservation is not cancelled the customer has to pay the price of accommodation for one night. In case a customer has confirmed a reservation by paying a deposit of 50 % but wants to cancel it, it is possible to do so 31 days before the date of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled later than 31 days before, we will keep the deposit in its entity.

Does not concern group reservations.
